Mindfulness for Beginners

Join Suzy Pool and Serap Enver, two highly skilled mindfulness teachers, on this powerful half day Beginners Mindfulness Workshop.

You will be introduced to fundamental tools of mindfulness which will help you feel calm and relaxed in any situation. Life can be challenging at times and although we are unable to change the situation, we can often change the way we respond to things.

Simple breathing techniques, meditation and the ability to stay present help you to disengage from the overthinking mind and take control of the current events.

By the end of the workshop you will feel calm, relaxed and re-energised.
